Dejuno Designs was created from a love of family, meaningful moments and the little details that make memories last a lifetime.
The name Dejuno holds a very special meaning. It was formed using the first two letters of each of my three first-born sons’ names 'De' from Deon, 'Ju' from Julian and 'No' from Noah. Since starting the business, our family has grown and I have welcomed two more beautiful children, Ava, and with my youngest, Jamie currently just five months old.
As the business grew, I did consider changing the name to reflect our growing family. But in the end, I chose to stay true to where it all began. Dejuno represents my journey into motherhood, creativity and building something meaningful from the heart. My children continue to inspire many of the pieces I design today.
Dejuno Designs began during the Covid period as a small creative outlet while navigating life at home with young children. In a time when connection and celebration looked very different, I found comfort in creating personalised keepsakes for families wanting to capture special milestones.
In the early days, I focused mainly on birth announcements and pregnancy milestone pieces. As more customers discovered my work and requests grew, the business naturally expanded. Today, Dejuno Designs offers a wide range of thoughtfully created pieces including family keepsakes, home décor, memorial items, business signage, event signage and custom gifts.
Each design is created with care and intention, using neutral and timeless styling s1o it can suit any home, occasion or brand. Whether it’s welcoming a new baby, honouring a loved one, celebrating a milestone or supporting another small business, every piece is made to help tell a story.
